Job summary

Decskill is expanding its IT consulting team with an OutSystems Platform Expert. You will coordinate multiple products and lead cross-functional teams across Business Analysts, developers and Technical Leads to ensure delivery aligned with business goals.

You will work in a multinational setting, with a strong focus on quality, planning and continuous improvement, engaging local and global teams and mentoring others on best practices in the OutSystems landscape.

Qualifications

• Solid professional experience with the OutSystems platform.
• Experience coordinating multiple products, projects, or development teams.
• Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, development, and technical concepts.
• Experience working with Business Analysts, developers, and Technical Leads.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and delivering complex technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple products and applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Coordinate and support Business Analysts and development teams across products.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads for technical delivery and ownership.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Monitor progress, quality, and delivery of projects and product initiatives.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
