Decskill is expanding its team in Portugal with Senior OutSystems Engineers. The role involves developing high-quality OutSystems solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering maintainable, scalable applications for users across local and international contexts.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or a STEM field.
• 2+ years of OutSystems development experience with relevant certifications.
• 4+ years of overall software development experience.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of database modelling.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, software design, and web application performance.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong quality orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating autonomy.
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients.

Responsabilidades

• Develop solutions following OutSystems best practices, ensuring performance and adoption.
• Design and develop solutions collaboratively with the team, following TDD/BDD and code reviews.
• Produce and test code in short cycles with high automation.
• Gather feedback from end users and continuously improve solutions.
• Develop maintainable and scalable solutions for thousands of users.
• Design and communicate high-level functional designs and solutions.
