Siemens invites motivated individuals to join the SHERPA X OCM team as a Trainee. You will support people-centric transformation across functions and countries, contributing to learning content, stakeholder engagement, and change impact analyses using AI-assisted tools.

This 12-month paid internship offers hybrid work, mentorship, and access to extensive learning resources within a global technology leader.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or equivalent in business/communications or related field.
• Interest in digital transformation and organizational change.
• Strong writing and presentation skills in English.

To support this journey, we are looking for a motivated and curious Organization Change Management (OCM) Trainee to join our international SHERPA X 3S (Services, Solutions & Systems) OCM team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in digital transformation, communication, learning and enablement, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, Human-Centered Design and AI-enabled ways of working.

Your mission will be…

As an OCM Trainee, you will support the people side of transformation by helping employees understand, adopt, and embrace changes introduced through SHERPA X initiatives.

You will work closely with experienced Change Managers, Communication Managers, Training Leads, business representatives, and project teams across multiple countries and functions.

You will gain hands‑on experience in:

Key Responsibilities

• Change Engagement


• Support stakeholder identification and stakeholder mapping activities.


• Assist in the execution of Change Impact Assessments.


• Support readiness assessments, surveys, interviews, and feedback collection.


• Help coordinate Change Agent and Key User networks.


• Support engagement activities that foster change adoption.


• Communication


• Contribute to communication plans and communication campaigns.


• Create and edit communication materials, newsletters, presentations, articles, and SharePoint content.


• Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and other content creation solutions) to accelerate content creation, storytelling, research, and information synthesis.


• Support leadership communication and change storytelling initiatives.


• Help maintain communication channels and content repositories.


• Training & Enablement




• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training activities.


• Assist in the development of learning journeys, training materials, user guides, and knowledge assets.


• Help create engaging and human centric learning content using modern digital and AI-powered tools.


• Support training tracking, reporting, and learner adoption metrics.


• Contribute to persona‑based learning and enablement concepts.


• Support the preparation of instructor‑led sessions, webinars, and training workshops.


• Collaborate with business experts to translate complex topics into learner‑friendly content.




• Project & Transformation Support




• Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates.


• Support workshops and co‑creation sessions using Design Thinking and collaborative facilitation techniques.


• Maintain project documentation and communication assets.


• Perform research and analysis related to organizational change topics.


• Assist with project coordination and administrative activities.
