Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Portugal is offering a 12-month paid internship in our Western Europe and Africa Hub. You will join a team delivering analytics, data-driven insights, and digitalization support across Finance, HR, and Delivery Services.

You will collect and analyze data, contribute to process improvement, and prepare dashboards and business recommendations while gaining hands-on experience in AI and operational excellence within a global tech leader.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and interest in innovation, AI, and process optimization.
• Ability to work with data and translate insights into actions.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support analysis of service portfolios, volumes, workloads, and performance.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in process mapping, documentation, and standardization activities.
• Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and service review meetings.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business recommendations.
• Contribute to projects related to AI, digitalization, and operational excellence.
