Siemens Mobility is seeking a Think Tank and Business Excellence Trainee to explore AI-driven software strategies within Train Planning Solutions. This role offers exposure to strategic and operational excellence in an international environment and collaboration with experienced leaders.

You will research AI trends, prepare analyses and decision-support material, and contribute to transformation initiatives while developing leadership and business capabilities.

Qualificações

• Background in IT, computer science, business management, industrial engineering, or economics.
• Strong experience with AI prompting.
• Interest in AI, software business, strategy and management.
• Analytical thinker who structures complex information clearly.

• Enjoy preparing presentations, summaries and decision-support material.
• Proficient in English; Portuguese and German are advantageous.

We are looking for an ambitious, AI-savvy recent graduate to join Train Planning Solutions team as a Think Tank and Business Excellence Trainee. This role is designed for a recent graduate who wishes to understand how modern software development companies operate, grow, and transform in a highly complex business environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Your Profile:

• You have a study background in IT, computer science, business management, industrial engineering, economics, or another relevant field.
• You have a strong experience and background in AI prompting
• You bring a strong interest in artificial intelligence, software business, strategy, and management.
• You think analytically and can structure complex information clearly and concisely.
• You are proactive, curious, and comfortable contributing your own ideas.
• You enjoy preparing presentations, summaries, analyses, and decision-support material.
• You communicate well in English; Portuguese and German are an advantage.
