Siemens Lisbon Tech Hub is seeking a transformation and AI enablement specialist to turn AI potential into measurable business outcomes. You will partner with Sales, Service, Manufacturing and PLM to discover high-value AI use cases, support implementation, and scale solutions across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years in transformation or enablement, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in transformation, scaling, consulting, enablement, or similar roles.
• Experience working with business stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Practical experience with AI technologies, adoption initiatives, or digital transformation.
• Fluent written and spoken English & Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Translate ideas into actionable use cases and initiatives together with AI experts/developers.
• Drive the roll out and adoption of AI solutions sharing best practices and help scale successful solutions.
• Define and track adoption and business impact KPIs.
• Remove barriers and help teams embed AI into daily work.
• Experiment with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, and agentic workflows.
• Prototype, test, and apply new ways of working.

This is neither a pure strategy role nor an AI engineering role. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, work closely with business teams, drive adoption, and help make things happen.

You will partner with functions such as Sales, Service, Manufacturing, and PLM to discover high-value AI use cases, support implementation, and scale successful solutions across the organization.

We need someone who can both lead and do. Combining stakeholder management, business understanding, and hands-on execution.

Your mission will be...

• 3+ years of experience in transformation, scaling, consulting, enablement, or similar roles.
• Experience working with business stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Practical experience with AI technologies, adoption initiatives, or digital transformation.
• Fluent written and spoken English & Portuguese.
