Job summary

KCS IT is seeking a Senior OBRM Project Manager to oversee complex implementations across Europe, with a focus on delivering programs from planning to delivery. The role emphasizes stakeholder alignment between business and IT, governance, and risk management.

The candidate should have 12+ to 15 years of experience, fluency in English, and be able to work fully remote within Europe. A strong track record in delivering cross-functional initiatives is required.

• Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and alignment between business and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of delivery governance, project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across complex project environments.
• Experience managing project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Experience in European project environments is highly valued.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Location: Europe.
• Working Model: Fully Remote.
• Preferred Location: Candidates based in Portugal are strongly preferred. Candidates based in the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands will also be considered.
