KCS IT in Porto seeks a Senior PMO to drive large SAP/ERP projects across international teams. You will coordinate multidisciplinary work, manage risks and budgets, and report to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You speak fluent English and Portuguese, enjoy complex environments, and thrive on collaboration with vendors and clients. This hybrid role requires living in Portugal and delivering value across Benelux projects.

Qualificações

• Solid professional experience in PMO for at least 6 years.
• Experience managing SAP/ERP-related projects or programs.
• Experience working in complex and international project environments.
• Proven experience coordinating and/or managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience in Risk Management, Issue Management and Escalation Management.
• Experience with budget management and financial control within projects/programs.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills, including interaction with senior management.
• Experience working with external vendors, suppliers and partners.
• Previous exposure to Procurement / supplier management is highly valued.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Fluent in Portuguese is required.
• Nice to Have Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or other SAP ERP environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO governance, reporting and status tracking across international projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, issues and escalations.
• Oversee budgets and financial control within programs and projects.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and external vendors/partners.
• Drive procurement/supplier management activities where relevant.
