KCS IT in Lisbon seeks a junior/mid IT Project Manager with a technical background to join a hybrid team. You will manage IT projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery aligned with client needs and technical constraints.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT PM, a CS/IT degree, and experience in software development or a similar technical role. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; PMP is a plus, and 2 days on-site is expected.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of IT Project Management experience in a professional setting.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Previous professional experience as a Software Developer or in a technical IT role (Mandatory).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles, technical environments, and IT projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, 2 days per week on-site.
• PMP certification is a strong plus.
