Job summary

KCS IT is seeking an Oracle OBRM Solution Architect to guide end-to-end OBRM implementations across European clients. The role is fully remote within Europe, with Portugal as a strongly preferred location.

You will lead solution design, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure architecture aligns with complex business requirements. Fluency in English is required, and extensive hands-on experience with BRM/OBRM, ECE, PDC, and CNE is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior Oracle OBRM Architect with 12+ to 16 years of experience.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and end-to-end OBRM implementations.
• Strong ability to design and deliver scalable OB RM solutions and lead cross-functional projects.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall solution design for OBRM projects.
• Define architecture, integration approaches, and implementation strategies with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between requirements and technical architecture for large-scale OBRM deployments.
• Coordinate multi-country European projects with distributed teams.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle BRM/OBRM, ECE, PDC, and CNE.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and end-to-end OBRM implementations.
• Strong expertise in designing and delivering scalable solutions for large‑scale OBRM implementation projects.
• Ability to lead the overall solution design, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical architecture.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to define architecture, integration approaches, and implementation strategies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with international and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Location: Europe.
• Working Model: Fully Remote.
• Preferred Location: Candidates based in Portugal are strongly preferred. Candidates based in the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands will also be considered.
