Job summary

Bloq.it is seeking an Operational Excellence Consultant to join our Operations Strategy team. You will lead cross-functional assessments, map and optimize processes across production, supply chain, support and deployment, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work with Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma, travel if needed, and collaborate with teams across Europe. A 3+ year track record in operational excellence and a Bachelor's in engineering or operations is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operational excellence and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related methods.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem solving.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across teams.
• Experience applying AI to accelerate workflows.
• Proficient English (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel when needed.

We are in search of an Operational Excellence Consultantto join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in being a hands‑on, analytical and structured professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production, supply Chain, support, maintenance and deployment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to map, analyze, and optimize processes, while fostering a culture of operational excellence. This role combines technical process expertise with a pragmatic, results‑driven mindset.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead cross-functional assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across different operational processes;

• Redesign and optimize processes, using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma;

• Document current workflows, analyze end‑to‑end business processes, design solutions, and support our program and operations management team through the implementation;

• Help embed a culture of operational excellence by promoting best practices and supporting change management

• Conduct in‑depth analysis to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement;

• Work with cross‑functional teams to standardize processes and scale improvements across operations and different geographical locations.

• Conduct field visits and operational reviews to identify best practices and surface performance challenges;

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of proven experience in operational excellence and process improvement: ideally in production, supply chain, logistics, field operations or consultancy;

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field;

• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.);

• Strong analytical mindset, with a structured approach to assessing current state and designing improvements;

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross‑functional stakeholders;

• Proficient in applying AI to fast‑track the work.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken);

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment;

• Ability to travel if needed.
