Bcrecruitment is expanding its Lisbon team for an Operations Customer Expert to support Polish-speaking customers of an international pet-care company. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and live chat, providing accurate answers and building trust.

The role requires native or fluent Polish (C1+) and strong English (B2+), excellent communication, and a genuine interest in pets. You will join a full-time 12-month contract with a 5-day training and relocation support if needed.

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Operations Customer Expert. You will support pet owners with product questions and enquiries for an international pet-care company. As a Polish-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone, email and live chat.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Polish by phone, email and live chat
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools

• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems

What we are looking for

What we offer

• Salary: €1,059.34 gross per month with company-provided accommodation, or €1,318.33 gross per month without accommodation

Relocation support

• If you live more than 100 km from the office: airport pick-up and a company room
• Travel costs covered after the 9th month, plus a yearly flight home for international candidates

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal — on-site
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
• Contract: Full-time, 12-month contract
