Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a customer support specialist to assist users of a leading American AI research and deployment company. You will guide users through AI tools and help them maximize value from cutting-edge technology.

You’ll handle inquiries across chat, email, and phone, resolve access and billing questions, and maintain top-tier service standards in a fast-evolving AI environment. Training is provided, with steady day shifts and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Genuine passion for artificial intelligence, emerging tech and digital innovation.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
• Great communication and a calm, customer-first approach.
• Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
