Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a proactive AI Support Specialist to guide users and maximize adoption of advanced AI tools. You will train and assist both consumers and business clients, ensuring a smooth experience with our AI platforms.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first approach, with day shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00 and no night shifts. The position offers paid training and opportunities for career growth.

Formación
