CB Talents in Lisbon is hiring a Technical Customer Support - Ads Support for the English market. You will be the main contact for English-speaking clients, assisting with digital ad platforms in a dynamic tech environment.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) includes rotating 24/7 shifts, paid onboarding, private health insurance, 22 days of annual leave, a monthly gross package around €1,248.33 plus a €200 performance bonus and a meal allowance.

Position Overview

• Role: Technical Customer Support - Ads Support (English Market)
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Modern campus with easy access via Oriente Station)
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 24/7 rotating shifts with schedules assigned 10 days in advance)
• Contract Type: Open-ended/Uncertain Term Contract (Foreseeable duration of 12 months, with eligibility for a permanent contract after 2 years)

Competitive Compensation

• Total Estimated Monthly Gross: €1,248.33 / month (based on a standard 22-working-day month)
  • Base Salary: €938.00
  • Pro-rated Holiday Allowance: €78.17 / month
  • Pro-rated Christmas Allowance: €78.17 / month
  • Meal Allowance: €154.00 / month tax-free (€7.00/day on a prepaid meal card)
• Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00 / month based on productivity and KPIs
