KCS IT seeks an Amazing IT Support Technician to join our Porto onsite team. You will provide on-site end-user support for Windows and MacOS, covering laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices, with a focus on fast, reliable service.

Fluency in English is mandatory. You will document interactions, maintain knowledge bases, and collaborate with local and global IT teams in a dynamic banking/financial services environment.

Qualificações

• Professional IT Desktop Support experience (Level 1/2).
• Strong experience with Windows and MacOS environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and messaging products.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software for end users.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices (iPhones).
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow).
• Understanding of Microsoft OS build methodologies and tools.
• Experience with corporate networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite IT support for end users in Porto.
• Manage and resolve technical requests while meeting SLA requirements.
• Document support interactions and update knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams as needed.
• Assist in maintaining IT asset inventories and hardware deployments.
• Contribute to a seamless and professional user support experience.
