NextWave Publications seeks an Online Consultant to support clients via virtual channels, guiding them to informed decisions about our products and services while providing effective solutions to issues encountered.

This is a full-time role based in Almada, Portugal. You must demonstrate excellent communication, a solid understanding of our offerings, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Immediate start preferred.

As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients through virtual communication channels. Your main goal will be to assist clients in making informed decisions about products or services and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter.

You will need to have excellent communication skills as well as a strong understanding of the products or services offered. You must also be able to work independently and manage your time effectively.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. The job is located in Almada and does not include accommodation.

This is an urgent job so candidates who can start immediately will be given preference.
