Royal Caribbean Group seeks an onboard Guest Services Officer who is friendly, passionate and committed to resolving guest issues. The role requires active listening, proactive assistance, and a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have at least one year in a customer contact role in hospitality, plus one year of cash handling experience. Fluency in English is required, with openness to learning additional languages; onboard work for 5–6 months is expected.

Qualificações

• Minimum one-year experience in a customer contact position within the hotel field or related industry.
• Minimum one-year cash handling experience, and an understanding of US currency and exchange rates required.
• Proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment, including telephones, computers and copy machines.
• Completion of high school or basic education equivalency preferred.
• Must be willing to work onboard for 5-6 months.
• Must speak English clearly and distinctly; reading and writing English required.
• Ability to speak additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, or other languages is essential.
