Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Front Desk/Receptionist for shipboard guest services. The role requires fluent English and conversational proficiency in additional languages, with 2-3 years of front desk experience in a 4-5 star hotel.

As an Officer, you will maintain professionalism, handle guest concerns, and support guest relations for external calls and internal guests, contributing to a high standard of personalized service aboard the cruise ship.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required; conversational skills in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or German).
• 2–3 years Front Desk/Receptionist experience in a 4–5 star hotel.
• Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain professionalism and emergency preparedness in guest and crew areas.
• Respond to escalated guest concerns in a courteous, attentive manner.
• Track guest metrics such as counts and call volumes for trend analysis.
• Communicate inventory and access requirements and take ownership of work areas.
• Lead by example as an Officer, ensuring calm, respectful service across all guest interactions.
