Sempre Fixe is building an in-house property role on the owner’s side. This position serves as the internal point of contact for the portfolio, keeping reporting, documentation and follow-up organised, working alongside the external property management partner.

You will start by learning the portfolio in detail in Lisbon, and take on more responsibility as it expands, collaborating with local contractors and service providers while ensuring timely communication with tenants and vendors.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience in property management and coordinating day-to-day building operations.
• Customer service mindset with responsiveness and problem-solving.
• Administrative duties including document handling, record keeping and scheduling.
• Knowledge of lease administration and NRAU tenancy law.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon and collaborate with local contractors.
• Proficiency with office software and property management tools; fluent in Portuguese and good English.
• Experience in real estate or residential coordination is a plus.
