Sempre Fixe Lda is building an in-house property role in Lisbon to manage a growing residential portfolio. You will work with a property management partner, maintain reporting and documentation, and grow responsibilities as the portfolio expands.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and on-site collaboration with contractors are essential. Portuguese fluency with good English is required; driving license is a plus.

Qualificações

• Strong communication with tenants, vendors and internal teams.
• Experience in Property Management and coordinating day-to-day building operations.
• Customer service oriented with responsiveness and problem-solving.
• Administrative duties including document handling and scheduling.
• Knowledge of Lease Administration and NRAU tenancy law.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• On-site work in Lisbon and collaboration with local contractors.
• Fluent Portuguese with good English; real estate experience is a plus.
