Savills Portugal, a leading real estate services company, seeks a Senior Property Controller for a shopping centre in Lisbon. You will manage invoicing, collections, and lease-related financials, coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure efficient asset operation.

Ideal candidates have a degree in finance or related fields and at least four years in property management/lease administration, with strong Excel skills and English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Property Management, Lease Administration, Property Accounting, Credit Control, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lease administration and contractual processes.
• Experience managing invoicing, collections, debt recovery, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/property management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Management controlling: validate and payment of invoices received from service providers.
• Oversee the full invoicing, collections, and receivables process for a shopping centre asset.
• Ensure compliance with the financial and administrative terms of lease agreements.
• Manage debt collection and recovery activities, coordinating with tenants, asset managers, and legal advisors when required.
• Support budgeting activities and validate invoices received from service providers.
• Manage guarantees, deposits, and bank guarantees throughout the lease lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and releases.
• Prepare regular reports on debt exposure, collections, guarantees, contractual milestones, and other key performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with Property Management, Asset Management, Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams to ensure the efficient operation of the asset.

Key tasks/activities:

• Management controlling:validate and payment of invoices received from service providers.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is considered an advantage.
