Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a driven influencer marketing lead to grow our partner network in Portugal, working with local and global teams to set strategy and execute campaigns. You will recruit and onboard influencers, craft compelling content, negotiate contracts, and analyze data to maximize ROI while expanding revenue month over month.

What you'll do :

• You will manage and optimize partner relationships in the country, while developing and expanding our influencer network to drive sales and strengthen brand credibility.
• You will recruit and onboard new influencers through different channels, ensuring strong brand fit and creating engaging content that drives customer action and conversion.
• You will negotiate and manage contract structures with partners, ensuring profitability and long-term value.
• You will analyze content and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, while owning and growing influencer marketing revenue month-on-month.
• You will work closely with local and global marketing teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals, smooth communication, and a high-performing partner ecosystem.

Who we're looking for:

• You are fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage.
• You have collaborative skills and a creative mind.
• You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
• You are structured and organized.
• You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels.
