Bridge351 seeks an experienced IT professional to manage Microsoft enterprise workloads and administer Dynamics 365 on-prem. You will implement secure configurations, patching, and integrations with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and compliance.

This role offers 100% remote work and exposure to global projects across EU and beyond, with collaboration across DevOps and Infrastructure teams. Strong English skills are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years managing Microsoft enterprise workloads (Windows Server, AD, IIS, SQL Server) and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-prem).
• Experience implementing secure, high-availability configurations and integrating Microsoft services with CI/CD and automation workflows.
• Mandatory certifications: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate OR Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
• Languages: English C1 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Dynamics 365, SharePoint, IIS, SQL Server and Windows Server administration and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain secure configurations, workflows, integrations and monitoring.
• Support deployments, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with EU security standards, and collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to maintain stability across test and production environments.

• Experience implementing secure, high-availability configurations, performing patching and hardening, and integrating Microsoft services with CI/CD and automation workflows.

• Mandatory certifications: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate OR Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.

• Languages: English C1..
