FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist Norwegian-speaking customers with empathy and accuracy. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through solutions while maintaining high service standards.

The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, offers a gross monthly salary of €1,400 plus a 100€ performance bonus and a 150€ language bonus. You must be legally authorized to work in Portugal and reside locally.

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for our client's project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide empathetic and accurate customer support to Norwegian‑speaking customers.

Location

Lisbon, Portugal is the capital city of Portugal, known for its historic neighborhoods, vibrant culture, and coastal charm.

Schedule and Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.

Compensation

Gross Salary: 1,400.00 € gross/month.

Relocation

No relocation support provided.

Bonuses

• Performance Bonus: 100.00 €
• Language Bonus: 150.00 €

Requirements
