Job summary

Genki is hiring a remote Partnerships professional to grow its network of referral partners worldwide. The role starts part-time (25 hours/week) with potential to move full-time, at €22 per hour on a freelance/contractor basis.

You will engage coliving/coworking communities, nomad networks, and related businesses to sign partners and nurture ongoing relationships. You’ll build target lists, conduct outreach, and own activation conversations, while leveraging a CRM to manage the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, or community roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Bonus: experience in insurance, fintech, travel, or subscription products.
• Detail-oriented and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Build target lists and run cold outreach via email, calls, DMs, and events.
• Bring new referral partners on board and grow existing partnerships.
• Own activation and business development conversations with partners; identify co-marketing opportunities.
• Manage the CRM pipeline as a proactive outreach engine and help automate workflows.
• Collaborate with Head of Partnerships to create outreach automations and improve processes.
