Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, client relationships, consulting, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Ability to understand individual needs, communicate value clearly, and guide thoughtful conversations.
• Self-directed, proactive, organized, and capable of independent work with strong follow-through.
• Sound professional judgment with comfort using established systems and processes.
• Genuine interest in ongoing personal and professional development.
• Comfort with a performance-based income structure rather than a fixed salary.
• Based in the United States and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades
