Job summary

Genki is a fully remote, profitable startup focused on tailored health insurance for long-term travelers. We are hiring a Partnerships role to sign new referral partners, nurture relationships, and drive activation and growth within nomad communities.

You will work with the marketing team and Head of Partnerships, focusing on coliving spaces, coworking communities, and expat networks to expand Genki's partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, or community roles.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Nomad lifestyle and network in coliving/coworking communities.
• Bonus: experience in insurance, fintech, travel, or subscription products.

Responsibilities

• Win new partners by building target lists, doing outreach, and signing referrals.
• Grow existing partners with activation and co-marketing opportunities.
• Own the pipeline and CRM to keep outreach current and moving.
• Build automations with leadership to streamline outreach and workflows.
