iTRTech Group is seeking a Junior International Roaming & NOC Engineer for a hybrid role in Fundão, Porto or Lisbon, Portugal. The 24x7 shift schedule involves monitoring roaming platforms, performing first-line troubleshooting, and coordinating escalations with international operators and vendors.

Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish is mandatory. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in telecom/NOC, IP networking basics, and a willingness to work in a multinational, 24x7 environment.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical education in Telecommunications, Networking, CS or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications, networking, or NOC operations.
• Basic IP networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with mobile networks and international roaming.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish also required.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shift and hybrid model in Fundão, Porto or Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor roaming services 24x7 and detect alarms.
• Initial troubleshooting using runbooks and procedures.
• Open/update/close incident tickets and coordinate escalations.
• Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams, vendors or operators.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout incident lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and procedures.
• Participate in maintenance and planned interventions.
• Produce shift handover notes and service reports.
• Monitor operational KPIs and service quality indicators.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
