Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners seeks an Associate Director BPT NL to bridge local management with global IT teams, shaping strategic growth and process improvements. You will lead BPT initiatives, define local strategy, and ensure value delivery while collaborating with central teams across Strategic Business Solutions and Data & Analytics.

Qualifications

• Master degree in General Business Administration, Information Management or comparable education.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably IT project management and leadership.
• Fluent English language.
• Experience with managing teams and business processes.
• Experience with IT systems conception and development.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce and data analytics.
• Experience in project planning and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Consult and advise NL in terms of BPT related services, capabilities and innovation.
• Represent your country to BPT and BPT to your country, explaining strategy in both directions.
• Act for positive business impact and deliver business benefits.
• Be a business colleague and a functional BPT expert on the NL LT.
• Partner with central BPT teams to define local BPT strategy roadmap for NL.
• Champion BPT ways of working and engage colleagues proactively.
• Lead value delivery through BPT projects and services in NL.
• Act as NL conduit for Profectus Business Transformation Tech enablement workstream.
• Collaborate with central functions like Strategic Business Solutions, Solution Delivery, Service Delivery, Data & Analytics.
• Oversee IT project implementations for the local market and collaborate with project managers.
• Learn from other Business Units and share best practices to leverage synergies.
• Facilitate workshops on AI and cybersecurity awareness.
• Prepare business analyses and decisions on business cases with the business.
• Act as the BPT Home Manager for all BPT staff in country and grow talent pool.
