Job description

Contract Senior Manager – Business Process and Technology (BPT) Strategic Programs

Apply for the Contract Senior Manager – Business Process and Technology (BPT) Strategic Programs role at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

Join the Business Process and Technology (BPT) function at CCEP, where we deliver technology-enabled services through partnerships with third‑party vendors such as Accenture, Microsoft, Deloitte and Capgemini. As a key member of our Vendor Management Office, you ensure that our technology suppliers deliver on their contractual commitments to CCEP.

CCEP’s mature Vendor Management capability reports to the Chief Information Officer and works closely with Procurement to provide world‑class service to BPT and the broader business.

We aim to develop long‑term mutually beneficial relationships with our technology suppliers, balancing open collaboration with rigorous enforcement of complex commercial relationships governed by contractual agreements.

CCEP undertakes multi‑year strategic business programs enabled by large technology implementations. We partner with leading Systems Integration (SI) companies—Capgemini, Deloitte and Accenture—to deliver these programs. To ensure our chosen SIs provide quality and value for money, we establish strong contractual agreements and Statements of Work, then monitor delivery continuously. This allows us to assess supplier performance objectively, raise concerns early and, when necessary, exercise contractual levers to hold SIs accountable.

Because of the size and complexity of these agreements with SIs, this role requires resilience, determination and a meticulous eye for detail. You will work daily with CCEP delivery teams and our SIs to fully understand the contracts under your supervision, covering not only core contractual agreements but also managing the many change requests that arise throughout the program.

Working with the Director of Vendor Management Strategic Programs and other senior leaders, you will proactively manage commercial risks associated with large programs. When issues arise between CCEP and its delivery partners, you will recommend escalation approaches to achieve the best outcome for CCEP.

What to Expect
  • Support the Director and Vendor Management Strategic Programs in negotiating and drafting contracts, change notes and other documentation with suppliers, anticipating future commercial discussions and maintaining leverage in partnership with CCEP Procurement and Legal.
  • Manage the contractual agreements with SIs in collaboration with the Director Vendor Management Strategic Programs, CCEP Program teams and Systems Integrators.
  • Further develop our systems and processes to monitor SI performance versus contractual obligations; maintain regular governance and reporting routines with internal and external senior leadership.
  • Foster positive, value‑generating collaborations with suppliers, focusing on long‑term incentives for core suppliers.
  • Governance and reporting: maintain regular governance and reporting routines with internal and external senior leadership.
  • Initiate, as required, formal RFP/RFI market engagements, often in collaboration with Procurement.
  • Provide expert advice on sourcing strategy and insights into the strategy/outlook for key suppliers.
Skills & Essentials

  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and data skills.
  • Budget management: Experienced in managing complex budgets and commercial constructs.
  • Negotiation: Expert negotiator in English.
