Bosch Car Multimedia, S.A. is seeking a Global Lead for Budget-to-Perform & Investment Planning to drive BBM and I2P-IP processes. You will manage a global team of over 70 process consultants across more than 25 locations and align deploy activities with regional leads.

The role emphasizes strategic digital transformation, process improvements, and the development of an expert footprint while pushing AI, automation, and analytics solutions within the BBM domain.

Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience with strong process knowledge.
• Ability to lead a global, cross-functional team and projects.
• Proven leadership in Controlling, Finance processes and IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global BBM Process Expert Network and manage 70+ consultants across 25+ locations.
• Define and develop the global expert footprint and competencies for BBM/I2P-IP.
• Drive strategic digital transformation programs and orchestrate deployment activities.
• Advance AI, automation, low-code and analytics solutions for BBM and I2P-IP.
