CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will handle inquiries, process policy changes, support claims submissions, and maintain high service standards while working in a multicultural, fast-paced team. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus prior CS experience, are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage.
• Professional, diplomatic, and solution-oriented approach to handling customer queries.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools.
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods.
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets.
