Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch-English Customer Service Representative for a leading global insurance company, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. Fancy using your Dutch and English skills in Europe’s vibrant capital? Relocation support is provided.

Work model: On-site in Lisbon. Monday–Friday, 07:30–20:00 rotating shifts; weekends off. You will handle customer and broker inquiries by phone and email, explain policies and coverage, assist with cancellations, and direct questions to the right

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level proficiency in Dutch.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Provide information about insurance products, policies, and coverage
• Assist customers with policy cancellations
