Qualificações

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and English (B2) proficiency required.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, diplomatic and solution oriented approach to queries.
• Eligible to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers about insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the policy administration system.
• Compose and send emails and letters with contract documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal tools.
• Support policy changes, payments, claims submissions and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets Requirements Native-level fluency in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (B2) Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, diplomatic, and solution-oriented approach to handling customer queries Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Proactive and motivated to maintain a high standard of performance Eligible to work in Portugal
