Findmore Consulting S.A. is seeking a detail-oriented PMO/Governance support role to help coordinate network services and deliverables across multiple teams. The position involves documentation, reporting, meeting minutes and ongoing process improvement.

Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft 365 tools and able to work independently within established guidelines, including collaboration with the Service Owner and international teams.

Qualificações

• Strong organizational and task coordination skills.
• Experience preparing documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience tracking actions, deliverables and follow-up activities.
• Experience supporting Service Management, Governance or PMO activities.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance, operational coordination and administrative activities related to network services and initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain service documentation, reports, presentations, meeting minutes and communication materials.
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interactions, information gathering and follow-up of agreed actions.
• Support service reviews, reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain operational records, task tracking tools and collaboration platforms to ensure effective service execution.
• Consolidate information and perform documentation reviews and quality assurance activities.
• Execute operational support tasks following established governance frameworks and service management processes.
• Collaborate with the Service Owner and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
