ITDS in Lisbon is seeking a PMO to support the Business Unit Director, ensuring smooth administrative operations, compliance, and effective reporting. The role offers a hybrid work model with up to two days remote per week.

You will create reports and KPIs for committees, manage staffing workflows, and ensure accurate data in internal tools, enabling data-driven decisions and improved operational agility. Strong English and French communication and proficiency with Office tools are essential.

• 2+ years of experience in administrative or coordination roles.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the right-hand support to the Business Unit director, managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company processes within the teams.
• Maintain accurate and compliant information in internal tools related to the Business Unit.
• Create reports and KPIs for Committees, enabling data-driven decisions.
• Produce activity reports and recommend improvements or corrective measures.
• Oversee staffing requests, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Implement and utilize company project management tools within the Business Unit.
• Update BU procedures to reflect current best practices.
• Control timesheets and perform monthly reconciliation of time records.
• Prepare and manage monthly billing activities.
