Decskill is growing and seeking a skilled .NET Technical Lead to join our team in Portugal. You will lead end-to-end projects, shape architecture, and mentor OutSystems developers across international teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of software development, 2+ years in technical leadership, and solid experience in web/mobile apps, Agile, and SDLC. Strong communication and English are essential for collaborating with clients and partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field or equivalent demonstrable tech expertise.
• Minimum 6 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven web and/or mobile application development experience.
• Strong OutSystems experience and certifications.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative and Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience delivering technical projects at a global scale.

We are looking for an .NET Technical Lead!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of projects, driving the functional and technical vision from ideation to production.
• Design, size, and implement innovative, scalable, and enterprise-grade solutions based on business needs.
• Act as the senior technical member of the team, participating hands-on in development activities and ensuring the overall technical quality of the solution.
• Define and oversee solution architecture, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Mentor OutSystems developers, customer teams, and partners on architecture and development best practices.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Work closely with customers to identify and resolve technical impediments and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Solution Delivery Managers, and customer organizations to understand business requirements and strategic objectives.
• Influence the evolution of solutions through expertise in OutSystems and other emerging technologies.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements related to performance, scalability, maintainability, and quality.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, PWA, distributed database systems, and UX design.
• Contribute to the growth of the technical capabilities of the Professional Services team through documentation, sample applications, knowledge sharing, blog posts, and technical events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or a related field. Strong candidates without a degree may also be considered based on demonstrable technical expertise.
• Minimum of 6 years of software development experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in web and/or mobile application development.
• Strong experience with OutSystems projects and OutSystems certifications.
• Experience with solution design, software architecture, application performance, and project delivery practices.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience delivering technical projects at a global scale, working across multiple teams and time zones.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to leverage technology to drive business objectives and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor and guide development teams and promote technical best practices.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
