Decskill is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead IT initiatives across Lisbon, Porto and Madrid, coordinating both technical and business teams. You will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder communications while supporting DevOps, Cloud transformations and production readiness.

The role requires experience in IT project management, strong knowledge of infrastructure and production support, and fluent English in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and external contributors.
• Act as the main point of contact for IT projects.
• Ensure project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Support the implementation of technical architecture and transition to production.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, security, resilience, and Cloud requirements.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resources, and project budgets.
• Support production teams and ensure operational readiness.
• Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Contribute to DevOps, Agile, and Cloud transformation initiatives.
• Provide Level 3 Production Support and technical assistance when required.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Project Management, preferably in infrastructure or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and production support.
• Technical knowledge of Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, CFT, Cloud, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Ability to manage risks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and business teams.
• Fluent English in an international environment.
• Cloud certification or proven Cloud project experience is a plus.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
