Decskill is growing and looking for Senior OutSystems Engineers to join our Lisbon/Porto teams. You will design and implement low-code solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and user adoption, collaborating with a skilled team from Portugal and beyond.

We value agility, strong communication in English, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset. If you have 2+ years in OutSystems and 4+ years overall dev experience, you will fit well and have opportunities to grow within the Astek

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
• 2+ years OutSystems development experience with relevant certifications.
• 4+ years overall software development experience.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of database modelling.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or another STEM-related field.
• More than 2 years of OutSystems development experience, including relevant certifications.
• More than 4 years of overall software development experience.
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of database modelling.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Good understanding of solution architecture, software design, and web application performance.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong quality orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating autonomy.
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients.
