Job summary

Work Life Group is actively seeking L1/L2 IT Support Technicians for end-user laptop deployments across NATO sites in Europe. You will provide onsite end-user support, help with logins, and resolve basic device issues during handovers at designated locations.

The role focuses on deskside support rather than infrastructure, with assignments spanning multiple weeks and sites, including Portugal (Oeiras) and other NATO locales.

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret clearance required.
• L1/L2 IT support, Desk/End-user support experience beneficial.
• Strong English communication and onsite troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support during laptop handovers and user inquiries.
• Assist with login and basic device issues and ensure smooth handovers at NATO sites.
