Job summary

Work Life Group is recruiting IT support technicians for an end-user device deployment project across multiple NATO sites in Europe. Role focuses on end-user and deskside support during laptop handovers and ongoing Run Phase in key locations.

Candidates must hold an active NATO Secret clearance and have Windows troubleshooting, login issues, and English proficiency. Travel to assigned sites in Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Greece, Latvia, Norway, Poland and the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret clearance required.
• L1/L2 IT support, Desktop Support, Deskside Support, EUC, Field Support, Service Desk or IMAC experience.
• Comfortable providing onsite end-user support.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, login and basic user/device issues.
• Professional working English.
• Availability for at least one project location/period.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support during laptop handovers and deployments.
• Troubleshoot login and basic user/device issues for end users.
• Deliver deskside end-user support with a focus on NATO environments.
• Travel to assigned NATO locations across Europe as needed.
• Support ongoing Run Phase at main sites with regular onsite presence.
