Job summary

Ewi Recruitment is seeking a Planner / Scheduler to develop, maintain and control schedules for MV/HV substation projects under EPC contracts. You will integrate engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, and provide timely schedule insights for project leadership.

Key duties include developing baseline schedules, monitoring progress, analyzing critical paths, and supporting change and risk management across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Planning or project controls certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a planner or scheduler on engineering/construction projects.
• Experience in MV/HV substations, power transmission or related energy projects.
• Experience with EPC or design-and-build projects and cross-functional integration.
• Proven ability to manage schedules for multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline, resource-loaded schedules aligned with contracts and milestones.
• Define WBS, activity coding and logic with project teams.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain look-ahead programs and track milestones and dependencies.
• Prepare schedule narratives and client/management reports.
• Support change, delay analysis and recovery planning.
