Job summary

Rumos Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide daily L1/L2 support across front-to-back offices. You will handle incident management per ITIL, coordinate L3 tickets with development teams, and actively manage the backlog of fixes and enhancements.

We value a strong FX domain understanding, SQL proficiency in Oracle, and hands-on Murex experience, with fluent English. This role requires quick adaptation to a complex, stakeholder-rich environment and ongoing knowledge

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of Front-to-Back FX products and processes.
• Proven experience in SQL querying, particularly within Oracle environments.
• Good knowledge of or hands-on experience with the Murex platform.
• Strong understanding of L1/L2 support processes and the ITIL framework.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to quickly integrate into a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, the team's working language.

• Manage and follow up incidents from identification through to resolution, in line with ITIL best practices;
• Manage, elevate, and track L3 support tickets with development teams and vendors;

Profile:
