Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Team Leader in Lisbon to coach a multilingual customer service team supporting an international client. The role requires fluency in Flemish and English and a proactive, customer-focused communication style.

You will lead daily operations on-site in Lisbon, monitor performance, provide feedback, and drive improvements. Training starts prior to contact handling, with clear pathways for career development within the organization.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Flemish and English.

Responsabilidades
