FH Collective Academy is seeking a Flemish-speaking Team Leader to manage an on-site customer service team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role requires fluent Flemish and English, strong leadership, and the ability to drive a positive team environment.

Ideal candidates are located in Lisbon and available for rotational shifts from Monday to Saturday, with work hours spanning 09:00–22:00. This on-site position emphasizes team coordination and high service standards.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native Flemish
• Fluent or native English
• Previous experience in a Team Leader / leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Must be currently located in Lisbon, Portugal
• Availability to work on-site
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, Monday-Saturday
