FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Flemish-speaking Team Leader to manage a customer service team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role requires fluent Flemish and English, and the candidate must be locally based and available for on-site work.

The position involves leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and coordinating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Rotational shifts and Monday–Saturday work are expected.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native-level Flemish.
• Fluent or native-level English.
• Previous experience in a Team Leader / leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a customer service team.
• Help maintain a productive and positive team environment.
• Support team members in their day-to-day activities.
• Ensure effective communication within the team.
• Contribute to maintaining high customer service standards.
• Address team-related issues and support effective resolution.
