Finastra in Portugal is seeking a Sales Development Representative for Universal Banking, focusing on lead generation and cross-functional collaboration between Marketing and Sales. You will identify new business opportunities by contacting and nurturing potential customers, with emphasis on Italian and French speaking markets.

In this role you will manage leads through inbound/outbound channels, maintain CRM data, and work with account executives to target the right accounts.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, sales support, business development, or inbound/outbound B2B phone-based roles welcome.
• Ability to communicate in English and Italian/French (both orally and written)
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and qualify new and existing leads through inbound and outbound channels.
• Maintain active engagement with leads to increase customer interest in offerings via emails, calls and social channels.
• Collaborate with account executives to qualify leads and target the right accounts.
• Use CRM to maintain sales forecast data and update reporting.
