Finastra, a global financial software leader, is seeking a Sales Development Representative for Universal Banking with Arabic language skills. You will bridge Marketing and Sales to create new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, engaging via phone, email and social channels, collaborating with account executives, maintaining updated CRM data, and tracking KPIs.

Qualificações

• English and Arabic proficiency required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and lead management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify and manage new and existing leads through inbound and outbound channels.
• Engage leads via cold calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
• Collaborate with account executives to target the right accounts and leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor sales forecast and reporting.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and Finastra products/services.
• Meet lead generation targets and contribute to weekly/monthly reporting.
