FedEx is seeking a Clearance Broker in Portugal to work with Customs and enable on-time clearance and delivery. You will ensure checks and processes for compliance and timely processing of transactions and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and German, a team player with strong communication, attention to detail, and good time management in a multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and German (B2-C1).
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Attention to detail with ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare customs entry documentation based on shipment paperwork.
• Check that all customs documentation is completed correctly.
• Email clients to request missing or unclear information for clearance.
• Input shipment information accurately into systems.
• Produce and validate customs data and paperwork to support compliance and timely clearance.
• Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
